FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT 5 MASON COUNTY
Chairperson Griffey called the meeting of April 27 2005 to order at 10 A.M. Present were Commissioner Hauser and Chief Knight.
The minutes of the meeting of 4/13/05 were read. MOTION MADE BY HAUSER AND SECONDED BY GRIFFEY TO APPROVE THE MINUTES AS READ. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
General Information: Chief Knight provided copies of a Cost Per Call analysis. A brief discussion followed.
Business for Consideration: The discussion about one meeting per month will take place once all the District 5 commissioners are present.
The regular meeting was temporarily suspended at 10:26 A.M. to call a Board for Volunteer Firefighters to order. The meeting adjourned at 10:27 A.M. and the regular meeting reconvened.
THE VOUCHERS WERE REVIEWED. MOTION MADE BY HAUSER AND SECONDED BY GRIFFEY TO APPROVE FOR PAYMENT VOUCHERS #20850 TOTALING $134,612.28. MOTION MADE BY HAUSER AND SECONDED BY GRIFFEY TO APPROVE FOR PAYMENT VOUCHERS # 20851 THROUGH AND INCLUDING #20889 TOTALING $45,800.17. MOTIONS CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

The regular meeting was temporarily suspended at 10:30 A.M. to call for an Executive Session for a personnel matter. The meeting is expected to last approx. 10 minutes. The meeting adjourned with no action taken and the regular meeting reconvened at 10:40 A.M.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:40 A.M. until the next regular meeting scheduled for 5/11/05.
