FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT 5 MASON COUNTY
Chairperson Griffey called the meeting of April 28, 2004 to order at 10:00 A.M. Commissioner Hauser and Taylor and Assistant Chief Snyder were present.
The minutes of the meeting of April 14, 2004 were read. MOTION MADE BY TAYLOR AND SECONDED BY HAUSER TO APPROVE THE MINUTES AS READ. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
Activity Report: Assistant Chief Snyder handed out copies of statistics of call volume and activity from 1998 to 2003.
Assistant Chief Snyder gave a brief report on a fire at Harstine Island on April 27.
General Information: An appraisal for the 20-acre parcel has been ordered. There is no report at this time.
Business for Consideration: None.
The vouchers were reviewed. MOTION MADE BY HAUSER AND SECONDED BY TAYLOR TO APPROVE FOR PAYMENT VOUCHERS # 20059 THROUGH AND INCLUDING #20060 TOTALING $124,640.62. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. MOTION MADE BY HAUSER AND SECONDED BY TAYLOR TO APPROVE FOR PAYMENT VOUCHERS #20061 THROUGH AND INCLUDING #20099 TOTALING $65,656.76. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
